Our Policies

OUR NUMBER ONE GOAL
We want you to have the most relaxing, trouble free and enjoyable time on the Oregon coast.

DEPOSITS & FINAL PAYMENTS
A fifty percent (50%) deposit is due at the time of booking the property and final payments are due fourteen (14) days prior to your arrival. We can accept Visa™ or MasterCard™ for any portion, or all of your payment.
We require a credit card to finalize your booking and ensure against property damage.

PETS NOT ALLOWED
We do not allow pets in our homes.

CLEANING FEE
There is a $65 non-refundable cleaning fee due with the final payment.

KEY PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF
From 7:00 AM until 6:00 PM every day, seven days a week, you may pick up keys at the Siuslaw River Coffee Roasters at 1240 Bay Street in Old Town Florence. This is located next to the Highway 101 Bridge on Bay Street.

We can make alternate arrangements if you plan on arriving after hours.
Return your keys to Siuslaw River Coffee Roasters.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES

Arrivals are anytime after 3:00 PM.

Departures are by 12:00 NOON.
CANCELATIONS
If you must cancel more than 30 days prior to your arrival, a $35 fee will be charged. If you must cancel 30-15 days prior to your arrival, deposit paid will be forfeited. If you must cancel 14 days or less prior to your arrival, no monies will be returned. There is no refund for early departures.
